Cooking Instructions
GRILL: Preheat grill on high. Sear chicken kabobs for 1-2 minutes until chicken has changed color 1/4 of the way up from the bottom. Turn and sear the other side. Reduce heat to low turning frequently to prevent burning. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 165°F is reached, as measured by a food thermometer.
BAKE: Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a backing pan with cooking spray. Remove chicken kabobs from package and arrange in a pan. Place in oven and bake until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F, measured by a food thermometer.
